摘 要:目的:探讨离职护士的人口统计学特征和离职后的职业流向动态,为护理人力资源的合理规划和动态平衡提供依据。方法:回归性分析某三甲医院已离职护士的人口学特征,并对其进行逐一追踪,了解离职后流向和现任职情况。结果:离职护士中年龄在25-30岁的占53.8%,正式编制占61.34%,护师占84.3%,本科占63%,护龄2-9年的占79.8%。离职后70.4%的人仍选择从事护理行业,24.5%的人选择转行,5.1%的人仍在寻找职业的过程中。结论:护龄短、年龄低、学历高、初级职称是护士离职的主要构成人群。护理人员离职后的再就业呈多元化趋势,但仍以行业内流动为主。Objectives: To discuss the demographic characters and re-employment distribution status of laid off nurse and to give evidence for nursing resource planning and dynamic balance. Methods: Regression method was use to analyze the demographic characters of laid off nurse in a top tertiary hospital. Data about re-employment distribution status were collected. Results: 53.8% of the laid off nurse is in age of 25-30. 61.34% of them were government employed. 84.3% of them have primary title, 63% of them have bachelor degree. 79.8% of them have been as a nurse for 2-9 years. 70.4% of them still do nursing service, 24.5% of than leave nursing care and 5.1% of them are looking for a job. Conclusions: Short nursing experience, the younger, good education and primary title are the main characters of laid off nurse. There are diversity situation of re-employment of laid off nurse but main still in the same industry.
