摘 要:目的探讨基于模拟技术的多站式考核在护生毕业前临床综合能力测评中应用的可行性。方法以2009级护理本科毕业生63名为测试对象,设置5个站点,综合运用标准化病人、高仿真模拟人等模拟技术对其临床综合护理技能进行考核评价。每一模拟考站由2名考官同时进行评价,考评后收集学生对该种考核形式的意见,并与学生的毕业前理论考试成绩进行相关分析。结果各模拟考站2名考官评分的一致性系数为0.981;学生各考站得分为(7.21±1.33)^(8.15±1.06)分;学生毕业前综合能力测评成绩与毕业理论考试成绩相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示基于模拟技术的多站式考核与传统理论考核对学生综合能力测评的侧重点无明显交叉。结论模拟技术可以用于护生毕业前临床综合能力测评,从不同角度对护生的临床护理综合能力进行更全面的测评。Objective To explore the feasibility of simulation-based Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) in comprehensive ability evaluation of nursing students before graduation. Methods Sixty-three seniors in five test stations were included in the study. Standardized patients, high-fidelity simulated patients and other simulation technology were used to evaluate students’ clinical abilities. Each station was evaluated by two examiners simultaneously. Students ’ suggestions about the evaluation were collected after the test and correlation analysis was used to show the relationship between comprehensive ability evaluation scores and theory exam scores. Results The consistency coefficient of two examiners was 0.981; the station score ranged from 7.21±1.33 to 8.15±1.06; there was no significant correlation between comprehensive ability evaluation scores and theory exam scores. Conclusion Simulation-based OSCE can be used as an assessment tool for students ’ all-rounded clinical abilities.
