摘　　要：确定"民警群众工作能力训练"的教学策略,首先要进行定位分析,我们的训练目的是什么?要解决什么问题?困难是什么?即提出确定"民警群众工作能力训练"教学策略的依据。当课堂从"内容为王"走向"结构为王",教学内容、教学互动的设计与组织就显得尤为重要。为实现有效训练,我们需要理性分析训练专题研发难的原因;关注实战对教育训练的基本需求;促进训练专题成果多样化与系列化。To clarify the teaching strategies of ＂training the police＇s ability of mass work＂, we must first analyze what is the purpose of the training, what problems to be solved and what difficulties are, namely,the base to determine the teaching strategies of ＂training the police＇s ability of mass work＂. When the classroom changed from the ＂king of content＂ to ＂the king of structure＂, it is particularly important for the teaching content and the interactive design and organization. To achieve effective training, we need to rationally analyze the difficulties to develop training subject; focus on the basic needs for combat training; promote diversification and serialization of the results of training subjects.
