摘　　要：文章从积极心理学的角度,分析积极心理学对医学院校学生就业的指导作用,发掘个体的积极情绪和人格,使医学生树立积极思想和信心,勇于面对就业问题。积极心理学不仅为医学院校大学生就业提供了指导,也为大学生的心理健康教育提供了支持。From the perspective of positive psychology, the paper analyzes the guidance of positive psychology for medical college students employment, explores the individual positive emotion and personality, makes students to establish positive thoughts and confidence, having the courage to face the problem of employment. Positive psychology is not only to provide guidance for the medical college students’ employment, but also provides support for college students’ psychological health education.
