高等教育中外合作办学英语教学的定位及分级

摘　　要：近年来,中国高校同境外大学开展了中外合作办学项目及校际间交流项目,在创新型人才培养方面进行了有益的尝试。作为大多数中外合作办学项目教育教学的媒介语言,英语的地位尤其重要。本文通过研究国际通行的几个英语定级标准和英语考试的评分标准,提出了中外合作办学英语教学定位和教学级别。In recent years, China＇s universities have been committing themselves to educational collaboration with foreign universities, like joint education programs and exchange programs, which makes a good attempt in cultivation of the innovative talents. As an important media language in the delivery of higher education, English is becoming more important than ever. The paper raises the viewpoint of how to position English education and how to regulate the English level in a joint education program, by studying several internationally populous English placement stan- dards and English examination assessment standards.
