摘　　要：根据工科专业开设生产运作管理课程的特点及教学目标,针对教学中存在的问题,结合课程组多年教学实践经验,提出教学中应以学生为主体,注重激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生创新能力,对课程教学内容、教学方法、教学实践和考核方式等方面提出了改革方案并组织实施,教学实践证明这些措施在提高教学效果和教学质量上成效显著。According to the course characteristics and teaching goal of production ＆ operation management in engineering specialty, this pa- per analysed the questions in course, put forward that the students were regarded as main body in teaching process and pay attention to arouse learning interesting and cultivate innovative ability, combined with course group teaching experience, it raised suggestions for improving this course＇s teaching quality from teaching contents, method, practical teaching and evaluation mode and gained some effects.
