摘  要:近年来,社会各界对实践教学的要求不断提高,体现出国家对培养应用人才的高度关注。然而,现行的应用人才培养机制仍然难以满足社会对人才的需求。基于甘肃农业大学土地资源管理专业基本情况和应用人才培养中面临的困境,提出"院地合作"的人才培养机制构想,具体从专业综合实践和毕业实习两个方面构建了"院地合作"的应用人才培养策略,为更好地开展应用人才培养提出了强有力的对策和保障措施,旨在促进实践教学效果,提高应用人才质量。In recent years, the social from all walks of life to the requirement of increasing the practice teaching, manifests the national attention to the cultivation of applied talents, however, the current application of the talent training mechanism is still dififcult to meet the social demand for talents.Based on dififculties about personnel training and application of the basic situation that land resources management of Gansu Agricultural University is facing,putting forward the "school co-operation" idea of talent training mechanism,and from two aspects of comprehensive practice and graduation practice to build the "school co-operation" application strategies of talents cultivation, presenting the countermeasures of strong and safeguard measures in order to better carry out personnel training application,aimed at promoting effect of practice teaching, improve the quality of applied talents.
