以医师资格实践技能考试为导向,提高培训医师临床技能  

Improved the Training Doctor's Clinical Skills by the Clinical Skill Training Methods of Practical Skills Examination of Doctor's Qualification

摘　　要：目的：探讨以医师资格实践技能考试为导向，对培训医师临床技能培训的影响。方法本研究选取2012年7月～2013年7月在我校尚未通过医师资格考试的培训医师92人作为研究对象，随机分为培训组和对照组，其中培训组通过以医师资格实践技能考试为导向的临床技能培训方法提高临床实践技能，对照组仅按传统方法在各个科室轮转，比较两组培训医师的医师资格实践技能考试成绩和通过率。结果培训组培训医师的医师资格实践技能考试的病史采集、病例分析、体格检查、基本操作技能、辅助检查等五个项目的成绩均高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（t=3.18、4.13、4.09、3.03、3.38，P＜0.05）。培训组培训医师的医师资格实践技能考试通过率z高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（χ2=5.76，P＜0.05）。结论本研究通过以医师资格实践技能考试为导向的临床技能培训方法提高培训医师的临床实践技能，提高医师资格实践技能考试的通过率，从而提高对本专业常见疾病的诊断和治疗水平。Objective To explore the influence of practical skills examination of doctor’s qualiifcation on doctor’s training. Methods Selected 92 training doctors had not passed the doctor’s qualiifcation examination from July 2012 to July 2013 in our school as the research object. Divided into training group and control group randomly. The training group improved clinical practical skills by the clinical skills training methods of practical skills examination of doctor’s qualification. The control group only trained in various departments according to the traditional method. Compared the two groups training doctor’s test scores and passed rate of practical skills examination. Results The test scores of training group was higher than the control group on history collection, case analysis, physical examination, basic operation skill and supplementary examination, had differences statistically signiifcance （t=3.18, 4.13, 4.09, 3.03, 3.38, P〈0.05）. The passed rate of training group was higher than the control group, had differences statistically signiifcance （χ2=5.76, P〈0.05）. Conclusion In this study, improved the training doctor’s clinical practical skills, the passed rate of practical skills examination of doctor’s qualiifcation, and diagnosis and treatment of common diseases of the professional, by the clinical skill training methods of practical skills examination of doctor’s qualiifcation.
