摘　　要：随着社会的进步以及传感技术的发展,高精度的角度测量需求越来越广泛,倾角传感器是测量角度的重要装置,提高它的测量精度显得尤为重要。通过测试电路板来研究提高倾角传感器测量精度的算法,该算法的研究借助于三轴转台进行角度转动,获得准确输出值,将输出值进行数据处理,得到最佳系数,从而满足高精度的要求。With the progress of society and the development of sensor technology, the demands for high precision of angle measurement are more and more. Angle sensor is an important device for angle measurement. It is particularly important to improve angle measuring precision. In this paper, the test circuit board is used to study an algorithm for improving the measuring precision of angle sensors. With the aid of three-axis turntable , accurate angle rotation outputs are obtained. After data processing, the best coefficient is got, so the requirements of high precision are met.
