摘 要:水下油气生产系统的集成测试技术,即SIT(System Integration Test)测试技术对于保障海上油田的生产及安全具有重要作用。我国对于水下油气生产设备及技术的研究还处于起步阶段,尚未建立水下生产系统集成测试场地。分析了国外先进的水下油气生产设备测试技术,结合我国国情对水下油气生产系统集成测试场地进行详细规划,提出测试场地工作流程。水下生产系统集成测试场地的建立将促进我国水下油气生产技术的发展。Subsea production system Integration testing technology which is SIT (System Integra- tion Test) Test technology is an indispensable for ensuring Offshore oil field production and safe- ty. It is necessary to speed up the design of a subsea production system integration testing base due to that Chinese Subsea production equipment technology development is in the initial stage and also has not risen up the subsea production system integration test site. This article will put forward subsea production system integration testing area for detailed planning and test workflow based on the equipment conditions in accordance with the foreign advanced production equipment subsea testing technology. The subsea production system integration testing base will be an im- portant witness for underwater production equipment testing technology in our country towards a new level stage and provide technical theory reserves for our country.
