摘  要:目的调查护士岗位胜任力现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用护士岗位胜任力调查问卷对233名护士进行调查。结果护士岗位胜任力总分为(262.31±44.91)分,年龄、第一学历、医院等级均是影响护士岗位胜任力的主要因素(P<0.001)。结论护理管理者应根据护士的年龄、学历、所在医院等级为护士制订不同的培养目标和具体的职业发展规划。在培养高素质实用性人才的同时,重视对工作在一级医院、低学历、年轻护士的培养,以提高护士队伍的整体岗位胜任力。Objective To understand the current situation of nursing competency of nurses in Henan and explore the influencing factors. Method A survey was conducted among 233 nurses from different hospitals in Henan by nursing competency scale.Results The total score on nursing competency was(262.31 ± 44.91). The competencies of interpersonal communication skills and personal qualities were good, while the competencies of professional competence were weak. Multivariate regression analysis showed that age, education, hospital type were influencing factors(P 0.001). Conclusions Nursing administrators should make different cultivated goal and career development plans according to their age, education and hospital class. In training staff with high quality and practice,more importance should lay to young nurses with lower education in order to improve total competence of the nurses.
