摘  要:针对半潜式海洋平台定位系统的经济性及安全性问题,提出一种能在保证锚链力场均匀分布前提下,实现海洋平台快速准确定位的新方案。该方案以张力的优化结果作为锚链切换的临界值,同时针对系统的不确定性及海洋环境扰动的特点,设计积分型最优保性能控制器来产生抵抗环境扰动所需的控制力。锚链张力优化方面,参照Memetic算法思想,结合遗传算法与模拟退火算法的优点,构造混合算法来优化锚链的张力分布,提高张力优化速率。最后,以某型号的半潜平台为对象进行仿真分析,结果表明提出的方案均衡了张力场的分布,减小了系统的稳态误差并可以保证系统在参数变化时,保持稳定。From the economy and security standpoints, a new scheme was presented based on the mooring line switching control, and the scheme can make the offshore platform positioning accurately. In the scheme, the optimal tensions were regarded as the thresholds that switch the mooring lines, then aiming at the uncertainties and characteristics of ocean disturbing forces, the integral optimal guaranteed cost control strategy was used to calculate the control forces to resist disturbing forces. Referring to the theory of‘Memetic’ method, a hybrid algorithm which takes both advantages of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm was proposed to optimize the tension distribution of the mooring lines and improve op-timization rate. Finally, the simulation analysis of a certain offshore platform was conducted to test the scheme we presented. The simulation results show that the scheme is effective for balancing the distribu-tion of tensions and decreasing steady-state error, and it can maintain stability in the condition of uncer-tain parameters.
