摘　　要：以国家大力发展职业教育为契机,天津职业技术师范大学开展了"卓越职教师资培养计划",针对其培养目标,研究和制定了机类卓越职教师资培养方案并加以实施,构建了由教育信念与责任、职业学校师范能力、机械专业能力相融合的课程体系,取得了良好的培养效果。Tianjin vocational technology normal university, with the opportunity of our country vigorously develop vocational education, carried out the＂great vocational education teacher training plan＂, for its training objectives, research and develop the excellent class vocational education teacher training plan and implement, constructed by the education faith and responsibility, vocational school teachers＇ ability, curriculum system, combining the mechanical professional ability of the cultivation of the good results have been achieved.
