摘　　要：本文通过对重庆市高职院校商务英语专业教师队伍的调研,归纳总结出目前在商务英语专业"双师型"队伍建设过程中所遭遇到的一系列困境,并提出制度优化,顶岗协作,在职培训等多渠道的商务英语专业双师型队伍建设新模式。This paper analyzes the status of business English professional teachers in higher vocational colleges in Chongqing, inductive current is summarized in the business English professional＂double division type＂in the process of construction, and put forward the system optimization, field coordination, through various channels such as on-the-job training of business English professional double team building new pattern.
