摘　　要：大学生党员群体是我国社会主义事业的接班人和建设者,其对党组织归属感的强弱直接关系到党与国家的前途和命运。在大学生党员管理中植入党组织群体意识,让他们对党组织形成较强的群体意识、归属感和认同感对我国建立坚强的政治后盾具有重要意义。College student party members＇ group is our country socialism successors and builders, on the strength of the party organization belonging is directly related to the party and the country＇s future and destiny. Group consciousness in the management of the university student party members in the party organization, let them to the party organization form a strong group consciousness and sense of belonging and identity of our country to establish a strong political backing is of great significance.
