摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展和科技的不断进步,社会对人才的需求发生了深刻的变化,重视对学生实践能力的培养,为社会培养创新型人才已经成为高等学校的一项重要任务。通过阐述创新型人才的内涵,明确了实践教学在培养学生实践能力方面的重要性,并针对我国高校在培养学生实践能力方面存在的问题,从四个方面提出了提高学生实践能力的有效措施。With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, profound changes have taken place in the social demand for talents, pay attention to the training students＇ practical ability, cultivating innovative talents for the society has become an important task of institutions of higher learning. This article introduce the connotation of the innovative talents, has been clear about the importance of practice teaching in training students＇ practical ability, and for colleges and universities in our country the problems in training students＇ practical ability, from four aspects put forward the effective measures to improve students＇ practice ability.
