摘  要:广域测量系统提供的发电机转速信号用于附加励磁控制以便改善电力系统阻尼。根据电力系统低频振荡的特点,提出用PD(proportional-derivative)环节补偿广域信号时滞。模糊推理系统根据发电机之间转速差及其导数的大小自适应调节控制器增益;研究了实用的模糊子集和模糊规则表,给出了确定模糊变量取值范围的方法,并用粒子群优化算法确定控制器参数。通过4机2区域电力系统仿真,测试了广域阻尼控制的性能。仿真结果表明,这种广域阻尼控制能有效补偿通信时滞、改善互联电力系统的阻尼。Speed signals of generators provided by wide area measurement system are used in supplementary excitation control to improve power system damping. A proportional-derivative controller is used to compensate the time delay of wide area signal on the basis of the feature of power system low frequency oscillations. A fuzzy inference system adjusts adaptively the gain of controller according to the speed difference and its derivative between generators. Simple and practical fuzzy set and fuzzy rules are presented and a method for determining the range of fuzzy variables is given. Par- ticle swarm optimization is used to obtain the parameter of controller. The performance of wide area damping control is tested by digital simulation of a four-machine two-area power system. The simulation results show that the wide area damping control can compensate the communication delay and improve interconnected power system damping.
