地方本科院校实践教学存在问题及对策分析

摘　　要：首先归纳了当前地方本科院校实践教学在教学硬件与经费、师资队伍、管理制度等方面存在的问题,分析其原因,进而提出解决对策,强调要在思想上重视实践教学,加强师资队伍建设,加大资金投入,以及完善激励机制,切实促进实践教学发展。The existing problems in teaching hardware and funds, teachers team, management system of practical teaching of regional univer- sities were summarized, the causes were analyzed, several solutions were put forward, such as pay attention to practice teaching, strengthen teachers team construction, increase fund investment, perfect innovative mechanism, promote practical teaching development.
