摘 要:教学目标是指教学中师生预期达到的学习结果和标准。学习是发生在学习者身上的一种相对持久的经验变化,主要体现在两个方面,一是学习者内部心理结构的变化,二是学习者外部行为表现。通常很难将内部心理结构的变化通过具体的行为表现形式来呈现,而教学目标决定着教学策略与教学评价,并直接影响学习者的学习效果,因此,教学目标的表述又不能过于笼统。解决这一问题的途径就是内隐与外显相结合,即一般教学目标与特殊的行为表现相结合,形成统筹认知、情感与动作领域的综合表现形式的教学目标。Teaching objectives refer to the intended learning outcomes and standards that both teachers and students expect to achieve. Learning, which is the rather constant experiential changes on the learners, is mainly embodied in two aspects: learners' internal changes in mental structures and learners' external performance. It is usually hard to present the internal changes in mental structures with specific performance. Because teaching objectives will decide teaching strategies and assessment, the statement of teaching objectives can never be too general. The solution to the problem is to combine the implicit learning and explicit learning outcomes, namely, combine the general teaching objectives and the specific performance, so as to construct the comprehensive performance teaching objectives integrating cognition, affection and action.
