摘　　要：目的:应用调整的膳食平衡指数评价上海市优秀运动员的膳食质量,为指导运动员合理饮食提供科学依据。方法:采用食物称重法调查91名(男36名,女55名)上海市一级优秀运动员的膳食状况,应用调整的膳食平衡指数DBI-07系统以负端分(LBS)、正端分(HBS)、膳食质量距(DQD)等膳食指数对运动员的膳食质量进行计分、评价。结果:上海市优秀运动员的膳食平衡指数负端分中位数为27,51.65%的运动员存在中高度的摄入不足;正端分中位数为2,所有运动员均未出现中高度摄入过量;膳食质量距的中位数为29,40.66%的运动员存在中高度膳食不平衡状况。男、女运动员的正端分中位数存在统计学差异。不同项目运动员的LBS、DQD也存在统计学差异。结论:调整后的膳食平衡指数评价系统能够比较客观地反映运动员群体和个体的膳食营养状况;上海市优秀运动员的膳食质量不尽理想,需要引起有关方面的重视。Objective To develop an adjusted dietary balance index （DBI） for assessing the quality of dietary intake of elite athletes in Shanghai. Methods Diet status of 91 Shanghai elite athletes（36 males and 55 females） was collected by food-weighing method. The dietary index of DBI-low bound score （LBS）, DBI-high bound score （HBS） and DBI-diet quality distance （DQD） in the adjusted DBI-07 system were used to evaluate the dietary quality of athletes. Results The medium of LBS in the athletes was 27, indicating 51.65% of them had moderate or severe insufficient intake. The medium of HBS in the athletes was 2,indicating all athletes did not have excessive intake. The medium of DQD in the athletes was 29,indicating 40.66% of the athletes had moderate or severe overall imbalance. There was gender difference in HBS （P 〈 0.05）, as well as in LBS and DQD among different sports events （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The adjusted dietary balance index system could reflect the dietary quality of athletes. The diet quality of Shanghai elite athletes in this study was unsatisfied.
