基于数据包络分析模糊化的高校科研效率评价

摘　　要：运用数据包络分析(DEA)的方法,从高校科研的投入与产出角度出发,计算了国内31所高校的相对科研效率,并利用模糊数学中的隶属度函数对DEA成绩进行模糊化处理,客观地划分了评价等级。对国内31所高校的科研效率情况进行实证分析的结果显示,20所高校的科研效率规模恰当。对科研效率规模递增或递减的11所高校的投入产出进行了调整,使科研效率达到规模恰当。对高校的科研效率进行客观性评价的结果,可为高校优化科研资源提供科学依据。Starting from the input and output of scientific research in universities,data envelopment analysis （DEA ） calculating the relative efficiency of scientific research of universities was used,and the membership function in fuzzy math was used to process DEA results and the evaluation class was determined.By empirically analyzing the research efficiency of 31 domestic universities,the results showed that the scale of the scientific research efficiency of 20 universities was appropriate. And by adjusting the input or output of the other eleven universities,the scientific research efficiency became appropriate.The results of evaluates research efficiency of universities could provide a scientific basis for optimizing scientific research resources.
