摘　　要：欧洲联合培养强调高校在项目开发、课程教学和学生管理上的深层次合作。其从项目设计到学生毕业,都具有更强的跨国合作性质。为适应这种特性,欧洲设计了一系列政策与工具,推动和引导联合培养项目的发展。随着我国经济和政治实力的增强,越来越多的外国高校希望与我国加强合作。及时了解联合培养项目的发展趋势与政策走向,可以让我国为参与这类项目做好准备。Joint programs in Europe emphasize deep cooperation in program development, teaching, and student administration. Joint programs are more internationally cooperative from program design to student graduation. In line with the unique nature of joint programs, Europe has adopted a series of policies and instruments to facilitate and guide the development of the programs. Along with the growth of economic and political power of China, more and more universities abroad tend to cooperate with universities in China. It is necessary for us to understand the development and policies tendencies concerning joint programs in order to be prepared for participating in such programs.
