摘　　要：在虚拟世界中调节人们信息关系的主要手段是信息伦理和信息法律,但信息礼仪作为调节主体信息行为重要手段的作用被人们所忽视了,信息礼仪还没有被人们充分认识、研究和实践。文章首先阐述信息礼仪、信息伦理和信息法律各自概念,然后从集合关系视角分析了它们之间的区别和联系,从而为各类信息主体信息行为"合礼""合理"和"合法"提供了一个行为定性框架。Information ethics and information law are the main methods to adjust the information relationship between people in the virtual world. However, information etiquette, as an important mean for adjusting the information behavior of the subject, has not been fully understood, researched and practiced. Firstly, this paper expounds the concepts of information etiquette, information ethics and information law. Then, the paper analyzes the differences and relationship of information etiquette, information ethics and information law from the perspective of set relation, in order to provide a behavior framework for the ＂etiquette＂, ＂ethics＂ and ＂law＂ of information behavior of all kinds of information subiects.
