摘 要:高师院校学科教学创新要凸显教师教育特色。通过对《中学学科教学论》在教学理念、教材编写、教学方法、评价方式等方面的教学创新实践,师范生的中学课堂教学实践能力切实得到了提高。由此可以形成以下认识,学科教学创新是提高教师教育质量的根本途径与手段;学科教学创新与高师院校专业属性具有高度的内在一致性,尤其要突出每所高校的办学特色;强化实践环节是学科教学创新的基本诉求;学科教学创新是一项系统工程,需要学校、教师、教学管理协同配合,共同实施。Teachers colleges teaching innovation is to stress the characteristics of teacher education. Based on the teaching theory of “the Middle School Subject Teaching Methodology” in the teaching philosophy, teaching materials, teaching methods, assessment methods and other aspects of innovation in teaching practice, the practical abilities of teachers' classroom teaching are improved. Thus, the following understandings are formed: the teaching innovation is the basic way to improve the quality of the teachers' education; the teaching innovation has a high degree of internal consistency with professional learning attributes in Institutions of higher colleges, especially the characteristics of every university; the practice is the basic demand of teaching innovation; all in all, the teaching innovation is a systematic project which needs the collaboration with the joint implementation of schools, teachers, teaching managements.
