摘　　要：教育部在浙江宁波组织召开的职业院校职业指导工作经验交流会提出:在加快发展现代职业教育的新形势、新要求背景下,职业指导工作目标要定位在提升国家竞争实力、让毕业生高质量就业,从关注就业率向关注就业质量转变,进一步彰显职业教育以促进就业为导向的本质属性。以职业精神教育、就业创业指导、继续学习能力指导为重点,以职业指导课程为主渠道,将职业指导工作贯穿于人才培养全过程。In education exchanging meeting on career guidance work experience in vocational colleges convoked by the Ministry of Education in Ningbo of Zhejiang, it is proposed that under the background of speeding up the development of modern vocational education, the working target of vocational guidance should oriente toward promoting national competitive strength, letting graduates employed with high quality, transferring the focus from employment rate to employment quality, and further reveal the nature of vocational education with the guidance of promoting employment. It also put forward to focus on the emphasis of professional spirit education, employment and entrepreneurial guidance and continuing learning capability guidance, based on the main channel of career guidance course, so as to run career guidance work through talent cultivation process.
