摘　　要：提高高职档案利用率,是高职档案工作的根本目的,是推动高职档案科学发展的根本动力,是检验高职档案管理水平的核心标准。结合笔者所在学院实际和多年档案工作体会,分析了高职档案利用率不高的问题,提出了有针对性的对策。To improve the utilization rate of college archives, is the fundamental goal of college archives work, the fundamental driving force for promoting scientific development of higher vocational education, and also the core standard to examine archives management level. Combined with the actual individual college situation and years of archives work experience, problems of the utilization rate not being high are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
