摘　　要：本文以认知语言学和认知文体学的理论和分析范畴为基础,对钱钟书"化境"论的构成、理论内涵、认知基础以及相应的认知操作过程进行明确的阐释和细化,以促进其与现代翻译研究的结合,发挥其在翻译实践,尤其是教学实践中的作用。From the perspective of cognitive linguistics and cognitive stylistics, this paper reinterprets Qian Zhongshu＇s Sublimation Theory of Translation. It analyzes the constitution of the theory, and elaborates on the cognitive basis of the theory as well as the cognitive operations implied. It is hoped that such reinterpretation and operationalization of traditional translation thought will con- tribute to the application of the theory to practice, including the teaching practice.
