社会开放取向的大学学术网络影响力评价研究--以“985工程”高校为评价对象

摘　　要：网络已成为大学彰显其影响力的重要场域,对大学网络影响力的评价也越来越受到关注。基于广义学术观和学术资源的网络可公开获取性,构建了社会开放取向的大学学术网络影响力评价指标体系,包含研究学术网络影响力、教学学术网络影响力、社会参与学术网络影响力和网络综合影响力4个一级指标及14个二级指标。根据评价指标体系对"985工程"高校学术网络影响力进行了实际评价,结果显示,个别高校的学术网络影响力相对比较突出,大部分高校的学术网络影响力差异不大,尚有很大提升空间。Cyber space has become the important field for universities to highlight their influence, and evaluation of web-influence of universities got more and more attention. Based on the extended concept of scholarship and the open access to online academic resources, the indicator system of public oriented evaluation of web-influence of universities＇ scholarship is constructed. There are 4 first level indicators, i.e., web-influence of the scholarship of research, web-influence of the scholarship of teaching, web-influence of the scholarship of civic engagement and comprehensive web-influence, in the indicator system, along with 14 secondary indicators. According to the evaluation indicator system, the web-influence of ＂985＂ universities＇ scholarship is actually evaluated. Evaluation results show that web-influence of individual universities is relatively prominent, while web-influence of most universities is mediocre, still having much room for improvement.
