教师主体性管理的探索与实践——以浙江万里学院电子信息学院为例

摘  要:实施校院二级管理后,二级学院的自主性得到了加强。文章基于浙江万里学院电子信息学院推进二级管理的探索与实践,将二级管理与教师主体性结合起来,创新教师主体性的管理策略,以管理促进教师主体性作用的发挥,提出了深化二级管理、进一步发挥教师主体性的建议。After carrying out the two-level management at Zhejiang Wanli University, the colleges ’ autonomy was strengthened. Based on the exploration and practice of two-level management made by the Electronics and Information college at Zhejiang Wanli University, this article, with a combination of two-level management and teachers' subjectivity, emphasized on promoting teachers' subjectivity by management and innovating the management strategies of teachers' subjectivity. In the meantime, this article put forward the suggestions to deepen the two-level management and further develop the teachers' subjectivity.
