摘  要:以玉米芯为原料,研究了稀酸、先碱后酸、稀碱和碱性H2O2四种预处理方法对玉米芯酶解特性和微观结构的影响。结果表明,先碱后酸和碱性H2O2预处理得到玉米芯中的木质素含量分别降低了92.0%和70.4%;酶解12 h的木聚糖提取率分别为24.3%和25.4%;木聚糖的水解率分别为67.4%和71.6%,且两者酶解得到的木二糖较多;同时,处理后的玉米芯在微观结构上分别出现了较大的孔洞,结构变得非常疏松。With corncob as raw material,the dilute acid,acid pretreatment after alkali,alkali and alkaline H_2O_2,four pretreatment methods of solution affects the properties and micro structure of corncob enzyme were studied.Among them,acid pretreatment after alkali and alkaline pretreatment with H_2O_2 from corncob lignin content were decreased by 92%and 70.4%;Xylan extraction rate of enzyme solution 12 h were 24.3%and 25.4%;Xylan hydrolysis rates were 67.4%and 71.6%,and both enzyme obtained more xylobiose;At the same time,after the treatment of corn cob in microscopic structure appeared respectively larger pores,structure became very loose.
