摘 要:优选大孔树脂纯化枣叶中三萜类化合物的工艺方法。以各类型的大孔树脂对枣叶中三萜类化合物的比饱和吸附量和洗脱率为指标,采用静态吸附-解吸附试验优选大孔树脂型号;以AB-8大孔树脂对枣叶中三萜类化合物的洗脱率和纯度为指标,通过单因素试验优选枣叶中三萜类化合物的纯化工艺。结果证明AB-8型大孔树脂是纯化枣叶中三萜类化合物的最佳选择。其最佳工艺为当上样液p H为6,洗脱液为80%乙醇,洗脱体积为4个柱体积时,产品洗脱率可达到79.57%,纯度可达到29.05%。该工艺可以简单有效地纯化枣叶中三萜类化合物。Purification technology of total triterpenoids from the leaves of Ziziphus jujuba Mill,was optimized by macroporous resin.With saturated extent of adsorption and desorption rate of total triterpenoids as indexes,macroporous resin models were optimized by static adsorption as well as dynamic adsorption and desorption tests;With desorption rate and product purity of total triterpenoids as indexes,purification technology parameters of total triterpenoids were optimized by single factor test.It was found that AB-8 resin was the most appropriate resin for the purification of total triterpenes.The results showed that desorption ratio and product purity reached 79.57%and 29.05%with working solution pH 6,ethanol desorption agent concentration of 80%,and ethanol desorption agent dosage of 4 BV The process was simple and practicable for the purification of total triterpenes from the leaves of Ziziphus jujuba Mill..
