诸家“志”哲学思想与意动心理学的比较

摘　　要：中国古代哲学思想根源深厚,其中蕴含着中国古代心理学思想的萌芽,并在中医基础理论的发展下逐渐形成中医情志学说。随着现代社会科技及经济的快速发展,人们工作和生活越发以高效率、快节奏的生活方式为主,使人们的情志疾病的发病率逐渐增高,成为威胁人们身心健康的隐患。中医情志理论融合现代医学、心理学等多学科知识,凸显中医学"形神合一"的整体观念,恰好符合了当今生物—心理—社会医学模式。中医情志学发展经历了漫长的历史过程,在中国古代哲学思想中交织着中国古代心理学思想的萌芽,通过对中国儒学学说的提炼,可把中医情志学说的早期学术观点加以分析,为现代研究心理学思想提供理论依据。由于历代医家所处的文化背景、社会环境以及临床实践有异,亦导致对情志学的理解歧义丛生,近年来又随着西方心理学关于情绪、情感及其相关概念的内涵,使中医情志学与西方心理学基础理论观点的相关性研究显得尤为重要。Deep roots of ancient Chinese philosophy contain the seeds of Chinese Psychological Thought, and the development of Chinese medicine in the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine evolved emotion theory. With the rapid development of modern society and economy, more and more people work and live with high efficiency, fast-paced lifestyle, the incidence of the disease in people ＇s emotions increased gradually, and it becomes a threat to people ＇s physical and mental health. TCM theory of emotional integration of multidisciplinary knowledge of modern medicine, psychology, highlighting medicine ＂ God-shaped one＂ of the whole concept, was in line with today＇s bio-psycho-social medical model. The development of emotional of TCM science has experienced a long historical process,and it intertwined with burgeoning of Chinese Psychological Thought in Ancient Chinese philosophy, through refining the Chinese Confucian, and analyzing the early academic point of view of traditional Chinese medicine theory of emotion, it provides a theoretical basis for the modern Psychological research. Because of the cultural background in which the ancient physicians, social environment, and clinical practice, the understanding of emotional is ambiguity. In recent years, with the Western psychology about emotions, feelings and concepts connotation, and the correlation with Western psychology Fundamentals of theoretical perspectives is particularly important.
