摘　　要：目的为使研究生掌握慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的临床知识和技能,提高研究生对COPD的临床诊疗水平。方法带领研究生参与COPD的临床接诊、诊断与治疗,从COPD临床病案中发现问题,采用TBL(team-based learing,TBL)教学法,以小组为团体分组讨论、总结,整合以临床问题为核心的中西医COPD诊疗知识模块。结果7名研究生完成COPD相应课题内容,掌握了COPD的临床诊断与评估、中西医治疗,提高了研究生的临床诊疗水平。结论TBL教学法有助于研究生临床诊疗水平的提高,具有实用性和可行性。Objective In order to make postgraduates to master the clinical knowledge of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） , and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of COPD. Methods Let postgraduates take part in clinical working practice about COPD, find problems from the COPD clinical cases, and consider the problems as the core forward integrated module courses. Group discussion and implementation of TBL teaching were carried out in the process of the research. Results Two doctors and five postgraduates completed the subjects;they mastered the medical research method and technology. Their scientific research ability was improved. Conclusion TBL teaching method helps to promote the quality of postgraduate education, and is worthy of promotion.
