摘  要:目的探讨案例式教学法在中西医结合七年制生理学理论教学中的教学效果及评价。方法以2013级中西医结合七年制88名学生为研究对象,随机进行案例教学和传统教学,以考核和问卷调查进行教学评价。结果实验组学生的考试成绩和及格率均优于对照班(均P<0.01),且学生对该教学方法有较好的评价。结论案例式教学法总体效果优于传统教学法。Objective To investigate the effect and evaluation of case‐based teaching approach in Physiology Teaching. Methods 88 seven‐year postgraduates of integrated medicine were randomly divided into case‐based teaching group and traditional teaching group. The teaching effects were determined with test and questionnaire survey. Results In the case‐based teaching group, both the test score and pass rate were significantly better than that of in the control group (all P〈0.01) , furthermore, students had good opinions of case‐based teaching evaluations. Conclusion In general, the effect of case‐based teaching is better than that of traditional teaching.
