基于医药行业调研的高职药学专业人才培养的思考

摘　　要：了解服务区域的医药卫生行业现状,依托校企(院)组建的专业建设指导委员会平台,对涉及的医疗机构、生产企业、批发零售企业、药品检验机构进行调研,分析其职业方向、工作岗位及典型工作任务,同时对药学专业人才培养模式改革、课程建设、教学方法改革、教学评价等提出合理建议。To understand the status of medical and health industry in service areas. Based on the platform of professional construction guidance committee which was established by school enterprise （ Institute） , a survey of medical institutions, production enterprises, wholesale and retail enterprises, and the pharmaceutical inspection institutions was made. Analyze the occupation direction, and jobs and typical working task. At the same time, put forward some reasonable suggestions on pharmacy talents training mode reform, course con-struction, teaching method reform, and teaching evaluation.
