医患关系紧张与临床实习带教的矛盾及应对措施

摘　　要：医患关系是目前医疗、社会媒体共同关注的焦点,医患关系紧张直接关系医疗行业的运行及医技人才的培养。临床实习带教是医技人才继续教育的关键阶段,为了适应日益紧张的医疗现状,避免实习带教与医疗纠纷、医疗事故的矛盾,在临床带教中实施以下措施:加强专业课与见习的衔接,加强实习生岗前培训,加强职业道德教育与人格培养,加强医患沟通能力培养,加强教师带教及实习生考核考评管理制度,加强法制观念,维护自身权益。从而改善了目前实习存在的矛盾,保证了实习带教的质量,确保医技人才的培养。The doctor-patient relationship is the common focus of medical and social media. The tensions of the doctor-patient relationship directly affected the relationship between the health care industry and the cultivation of medical talents. Clinical practice teaching is the key stage of continuing education of medical talents. In order to adapt to the increasingly intense medical situation, avoid the practice teaching and medical dispute, and the contradiction of medical accidents, in our clinical teaching, we implement the following measures： strengthen the cohesion of the trainee and specialized course, interns pre-job training, professional ethics education and personality training, the doctor-patient communication ability training, the teachers＇ teaching and assessment of intern assessment management system, and the legal system idea, and maintain their own rights and interests. These would improve the contradiction in the current clinical practice, ensure the quality of teaching practice and the cultivation of medical talents.
