摘  要:目的用规范化目标计划管理临床教学,促使临床实习生及带教老师有目的履行自己的任务及职责,学生学习目标明确,带教老师有的放矢。方法根据护理基础教学大纲及临床实际工作要求,制定系统的目标教学管理项目,管理者追踪掌握临床实习学生的学习情况,督促师生共同完成。结果规范化目标教学有助于激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高带教老师责任心,密切师生配合,优化实习流程,提升临床教学质量及师生满意度。结论克服教学中的随意性和盲目性,实现临床教学管理过程中的最优控制,该模式为临床实习技能的培养提供了重要参考价值。Objective Using standardized objective plan management of clinical teaching to encourage clinical interns and teachers to perform their roles and responsibilities of their own, which is helpful make students to know learning objectives, and teachers had a definite object in view. Methods According to the syllabus of basic nursing and clinical practical work requirements, we established a systemic project of objective teaching management, managers kept track of clinical practice student learning, and urged teachers and students together to complete the task. Results The standardized objective teaching is helpful to arouse students ’ enthusiasm and initiative of learning, increase the teacher’s responsibility, enhance the coordination of teachers and students, optimize the internship process, and improve the quality of clinical teaching and student satisfaction. Conclusion Overcoming the blindness and randomness in the teaching and achieving the optimal control in the process of clinical teaching management, the model provided an important reference value for the cultivation of clinical practice skills.
