摘 要:以板栗壳为原料,研究了大孔吸附树脂对板栗壳棕色素的纯化工艺,并与传统的酸沉、醇沉等方法做了简单的比较。单因素实验确定了1%的Nao H为提取溶剂。比较lx-28、xda-6、lsa-10、xad-6、tx-108、tx-503、ls-300b、ls-305等十种不同型号的大孔吸附树脂对板栗壳棕色素的静态吸附能力与静态解吸能力,确定了xda-6、ls-305两份树脂进行动态吸附实验。经过对动态吸附提取液p H、吸附流速、解吸剂等条件的研究,确定xda-6为最佳的大孔吸附树脂。xda-6大孔吸附树脂纯化板栗壳棕色素工艺如下:提取液p H为5.5左右,以流速0.5BV进行吸附,以35%的乙醇解吸,减压浓缩后喷雾干燥,即得到纯化后的板栗壳棕色素。大孔树脂吸附法纯化后的板栗壳棕色素得率可达95.3%,色价可达52.3,在得率和色价上均高于传统的酸沉法和醇沉法。The purification of natural brown pigment in Chestnut Shell was studied by macroporous. Then we compared the differs with traditional ethanol-precipitation and acid- precipitation method. The pigment was extracted with 1% NaoH by single factor design in the experiment. We compared the adsorption and desorption capacity of ten macroporous. We have chosen xda-6 and ls-305 for the dynamic adsorption experiment. The studies showed ~ The xda-6 was the best absorbent. The purification process of the brown pigment by xda-6 was as follows : The pH of extraction was 5,5, the flow rate of adsorption was 0.5BV, the desorbing agent was 35% ethanol. Under these conditions, the product yield of the brown pigment was 95.3% and the color value of the brown pigment was 52.3. The yield and the color value were higher than the ethanol-precipitation method and the acid-precipitation method.
