摘　　要：工学结合已成为高职教育办学的基本模式,并对高职教学管理提出新挑战。基于工学结合的教育理念,需要构建一个包括管理理念、组织体系和管理机制等基本要素,覆盖从培养目标、教学过程、质量监控和评价到毕业就业全过程的新的高职教学管理体系。The working-learning has been the basic school-running mode for higher vocational education, which is a new challenge for teaching management. Based on the educational concept of working-learning, it is necessary to construct a new teaching management system in higher vocational education, which contains management principles, organizational system and management mechanism, and covers cultivation target, teaching process, quality monitoring and evaluation, affairs on the graduates and their employment.
