摘 要:我国高等职业技术师范院校的教育实习仍采用在最后一学年进行毕业教育实习的传统形式,其明显缺陷是实习时间短,实习内容多,实习效果不尽如人意。全程教育实习模式是基于大教育实习观的教育实习模式,有自己独特的理论基础和实施要点。针对当前我国高等职业技术师范院校教育实习低效的根源,借鉴全程教育实习模式,探讨职技高师教育实习全程化的实施要点。研究发现,高等职业技术师范院校教育实习的全程化,有利于落实教育实习目标,更好地达到本校、师范生及实习学校三方共赢。At present, students' education internship in China' s higher normal colleges of vocation and technology still follows the conventional mode, which is a short-term educational practice before graduation during the last academic year, with its duration being too short, practice tasks being too many, and its outcome being not ideal. However, practice throughout college is based on the theory of comprehensive education practice, having its characteristic theory basis and points of application. This paper analyzes the root of low efficiency in conventional practice mode, and explores the ways to apply the mode of practice throughout college. According to the study, adopting this mode of practice can make colleges better achieve the goals they set for students' practice, and make a win-win situation for schools, normal students and practice providers.
