摘 要:为保证已计算出点位的待拼装管片可以顺利安装,基于盾构机与当前环管片和待拼装管片的空间位置关系,建立盾尾间隙改变量的计算模型;通过计算1环管片推进结束后盾构机千斤顶行程差和待拼装管片点位导致的盾尾间隙改变量,结合当前环管片拼装后盾构机的实际轴线与设计轴线的位置关系,给出管片点位确定条件下设定"盾尾间隙允许值"的千斤顶行程差范围计算方法;根据计算结果控制盾构机的推进过程。以宁波城市轨道交通2号线1期工程为例,验证了计算方法的可行性。根据工程实例,进一步给出了点位确定条件下保持盾尾间隙不变这种特殊情况下的行程差计算方法和计算结果;在实际工程中,可参考特殊情况下的计算结果选择合适的千斤顶行程差,控制盾构机的推进过程。In order to guarantee the segment whose point position had already been calculated could be successfully installed, based on the spatial relations between the shield machine, current ring segments and segments to be installed, the calculation model for the gap change of shield tail was established. By calculating the gap change of the shield tail caused by jack stroke difference of shield machine as well as the point position of the segment to be installed, the method for calculating the jack stroke difference range of "the allowed gap of the shield tail" under the known point position of segment was proposed, considering the position relationship between the actual and design axes of the shield machine after the current segments being installed. The advancing process of shield machine was well controlled according to the calculation results. Taking the phase 1 project of Line 2, Ningbo rail transit for example, the feasibility of the calculation method was verified. According to engineering example, the calculation method and result of jack stroke difference, which guaranteed the gap of the shield tail unchanged during the whole tunneling process with known point position of segment, was further proposed. In practical engineering, the advancing process of shield machine can be controlled with the selection of appropriate jack stroke difference from the calculation results under special circumstances.
