摘 要:以某型160 km/h电力机车车体为轻量化目标,建立整车车体有限元模型,对车体结构进行静强度校核,以此为基础,以车体总重量最小化为目标,以车体结构板厚参数为设计变量,在保证车体结构强度与刚度满足要求的情况下优化设计变量。通过灵敏度分析,更新设计变量,对车体结构轻量化进行深入的优化。通过仿真优化设计,车体总重减轻7.44%,满足设计目标要求。Taking 160 km/h electric locomotive body as lightweight goal, the finite element model for the locomotive body was built and the static strength for the locomotive body was calculated. Considering the factors of structure strength and stiffness and taking the minimum total weight body as the goal and taking the plate thinkness parameters of body structure as design variables, an optimization model was formulated to optimize the design variables using feasible direction method, and an optimization design of the railroad wagon was achieved. Through sensitivity analysis, by updating the design variables, the car body structure was further optimized. Locomotive body total weight reduced 7.44% after simulation optimization design, which has reached the design target.
