摘 要:目的了解护生学习拖延的发生情况,探讨学习拖延、时间管理倾向和一般自我效能的关系,为减少护生学习拖延,提高教学质量提供参考。方法采用大学生学习拖延问卷、青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对泰山医学院护理学院的408人进行问卷调查。结果护生学习拖延总分为70.58±11.71,156名(占38.24%)护生有不同程度的拖延行为;时间管理倾向、一般自我效能感与学习拖延有显著的负相关(P<0.01);逐步回归结果显示,时间控制感、时间效能感进入回归方程,能解释学习拖延总变异的26.9%。结论学习拖延在护生中普遍存在,时间管理能力差与自我效能低的个体更易发生拖延行为,应引导护生尽早做职业规划,使他们学会管理时间,自我监控,减少学习拖延行为发生。Objective To probe the status of academic procrastination,and explore the relationship between academic procrastination,time management disposition and self-efficacy of nursing students.Methods A total of 408 nursing students were investigated using the Academic Procrastination Questionnaire for College Students,Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale(ATMD)and General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES).Results The average procrastination score was 70.58±11.71,and 156students(38.24%)tended to procrastinate in study in some degrees.Moreover,time management disposition and sense of self-efficacy were negatively related to academic procrastination(P〈0.05).Regression analysis showed that time management disposition and sense of self-efficacy entered the regression equation and could explained 26.9% of the total variance.Conclusion Academic procrastination is common among nursing students,especially in those with poor time management and low self-efficacy.They should be guided to make up career plans and learn to make good use of time to avoid procrastination.
