摘 要:目的对眼科护士进行基于岗位的分层培训,促进护士专业发展。方法建立护士职级标准,制定各职级相对应的核心能力要求,对不同职级、不同亚专业岗位护士进行相应的知识和技能分层次培训。结果 2%的护士核心能力达到N4级,8%达到N3级,40%达到N2级,38%达到N1级,12%处于N0级;目前医院已开展白内障、青光眼、准分子激光角膜屈光护理专科门诊。结论对眼科专业护士进行岗位核心能力的分层培训,满足现代眼科学对眼科护理的要求,满足患者对临床优质护理服务的需求,促进护士专业发展。Objective To promote professional development of ophthalmic nurses by implementing a hierarchical training program. Methods We formulated standards for nurses at different stages of professional growth, and developed requirements of core compe- tencies for each stage. Based on the stages of professional growth and subspecialties of ophthalmology, a hierarchical training pro gram was conducted. Results Two percent of nurses achieved stage N4; 8% of them were at stage N3; 40 % of them were qualified for stage N2 ; 38% of them met the criteria of stage N1 ; and 12 % were still at stage NO. We have operated nursing clinics for cata- ract, glaucoma, and laser keratorefractive surgery. Conclusion The hierarchical training program for post-based core competency in ophthalmic nurses, meets the requirements of modern ophthalmology and patients' needs of quality care. It also promotes profes- sional development of nurses.
