电大转型社区教育何以可能

摘　　要：2012至2013年,北京、上海、广东、江苏和云南等5所广播电视大学相继正式挂牌为开放大学。由于电大转型为开放大学需经教育部批准,加之教育资源有限,教育对象锐减,上述转型是否成功,目前还难有定论。在此情况下,部分省市电大利用自身教育资源及平台的优势,研究并投入社区教育,这一发展趋势不仅可以有效解决电大当前面临的生源困境,还可以在部分省市政府尚未着手的社区教育领域进行新的"拾遗补缺"的尝试,从而使电大重振雄风,重拾新的办学增长点,这不吝说不是一个很好的转型与创新的机会。本文就电大转型发展社区教育何以可能的问题进行了探讨与研究。Five radio and TV universities in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Yunnan have been renamed open universities one after another from 2012-2013 . Because such transformation need to be authorized by the Education Ministry and also due to limited educational resources, and the number of students enrolled in these open universities has decreased sharply. Therefore it is difficult to conclude whether the above-mentioned transformation is a success or not. Under such circumstances, some radio and TV universities have utilized their educational resources and platforms to promote community education. This can not only effectively solve the problem caused from insufficient student enrollment but also play a supplementary role in community education for which some provincial governments have not done much about. Undoubtedly,this is a good opportunity for education transformation and creativity. This article explores and studies the possible ways that radio and TV universities can be transformed to facilitate community education.
