摘  要:把我国建设成人力资源强国具有相当重要的战略意义,而传统教育"重智轻德"直接影响了人力资源培养的效果,教学改革迫在眉睫。基于格雷欣法则的视角,通过解读阿莫纳什维利的实验班教学模式,进而说明高质量培养人力资源的过程中要尽量避免"劣币"对"良币"的驱逐,阐明合理的教学模式和需要注意的客观背景因素,为我国教学模式的进一步合理调整提供意见和建议。To build our country into a powerful country of human resources has important strategic significance, but traditional education cares wisdom more than morality directly affected the human resource's training effect. So teaching reform is imminent. Through the experimental class teaching of Amo Nash Willy, this paper takes the Gresham's law as the angle of view to explain that we should try to avoid "bad money" expels "good money" in high quality human resource's training. Then we clarify the reasonable teaching methods and noteworthy objective background to provide advice and suggestions for further reasonable adjustments to teaching mode in China.
