摘　　要：目的:探讨护士的心肺复苏术规范化培训对心肺复苏效果的影响。方法:统计心肺复苏术规范化培训前和培训后的心肺复苏情况,采用卡方检验回顾性分析相关数据。结果:心肺复苏规范化培训前和培训后的心肺复苏成功率分别为65.1%和84.4%,成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化培训能提高ICU护士心肺复苏的成功率。objective To investigate the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in standardized training nurses on cardiopulmonary resus-citation. Method To statistics the result of cardio pulmonary resuscitation to the standardized training before and after the training. Using chi square test to retrospective analysis the data. Results The success rates of cardio pulmonary resuscitation before standard training and after standard training was 65. 1% and 84. 4%,respectively. The success rates of cardio pulmonary resuscitation were significant difference between the two group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Standard training could improve the success rates of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in ICU nurses.
