摘　　要：微孔多聚糖止血微球(Microporous polysaccharide hemispheres,MPH)是一种新型止血材料,具有良好的生物兼容性,无毒副作用,能直接作用于手术创面,迅速止血,值得在临床上广泛推广使用。以马铃薯淀粉为原料,通过反相微乳化技术以及交联改性技术制备了具有空间立体网状结构的MPH止血微球,并且通过红外光谱仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度分析仪等对其结构进行了表征。Microporous polysaccharide hemispheres （MPH） is a new hemostatic material with good biological compatibility and Non-toxic side-effects. It can provide rapid, effective and safe hemostatic after surgery, which can be widely applied in Clinical. We take potato starch as raw material to prepare MPH which has a three-dimensional network structure through reversed-phase micro-emulsion and cross-linking technology, the structure was character by infrared spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy, laser particle size analyzer.
