摘　　要：根据新形势、新要求,加强和改进高校青年教师思想政治工作是一项重要而紧迫的任务。以中国梦所蕴含的科学内涵、精神实质、精神追求、时代要求为引领,以习近平总书记在北京师范大学师生座谈会上的讲话精神为目标,把中国梦学习宣传教育活动与高校青年教师思想政治工作结合起来,在实现中国梦的生动实践中,不断增强高校青年教师思想政治工作的实效性,促进青年教师的全面发展。According to the new situation and new demands,to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities is an important and urgent work. Taking scientific content,spiritual essence,spiritual pursuit,requirements of times contained in Chinese dream as the lead,aiming to learn the spirit of the address of general sectary Xi Jinping at teachers and students conversazione in Beijing Normal University,the learning,publicity and education activities and the ideological political work of young teachers in universities and colleges should be combined together,and we should continuously strengthen the effectiveness of the ideological political work of young teachers in universities and colleges to promote their development comprehensively.
