摘 要:目的研究纸基食品接触材料中4-甲基二苯甲酮(MBP)和正辛基苯酚(n OP)向3种干性食品模拟物——改性聚苯醚(Tenax TA)、多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)和碳分子筛(CMS)的迁移规律。方法通过设计合理的迁移试验,采用超高效液相色谱串联紫外检测器和荧光检测器(UPLC-PDA/FLR)对从纸基食品接触材料迁移至干性食品模拟物中的MBP和n OP的含量进行测定。结果时间依赖和温度依赖迁移试验结果表明,迁移时间越长,迁移温度越高,MBP和n OP向干性食品模拟物迁移的迁移率越大。在高迁移温度下,迁移物在多孔材料上的解吸导致迁移率随迁移时间的延续而下降。3种模拟物中MBP和n OP的定量测定结果表明,Tenax TA较MWCNT和CMS更适合作为干性食品模拟物应用于MBP和n OP的暴露评估。结论以Tenax TA作为干性食品模拟物对6种食品接触材料中的MBP和n OP进行了筛选,结果在2种样品中存在n OP,迁移量分别为63.3和68.3μg/m2。The paper studied the migration behaviors of two typical hazardous additives from paper to three dry food simulants—modified polyphenylene oxide(Tenax TA), multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT) and carbon molecular sieve(CMS). An ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography coupled with photo diode array and fluorescence detectors(UPLC-PDA/FLR) was applied to determination 4-methyl benzophenone(MBP) and n-octylphenol(n OP) migrated from paper-typed food contact materials to the three dry food simulants. Determination results derived from time-dependent and temperature-dependent migration tests indicated that high migration temperature and long contact time would lead to high migration rate of migrants. However, at high migration temperature, desorption of migrants from the porous dry food simulants resulted in the reduction of migration rate along with the prolonging of contact time. Quantitative results deduced from PDA/FLR demonstrated that Tenax TA was more suitable than MWCNT and CMS acting as the dry food simulants for exposure assessment of MBP and n OP in paper-typed food contact materials. Screening test for six types of food contact materials revealed indeed presence of n OP in two types of food contact materials and the migration contents were 63.3 and68.3 μg/m2, respectively in the two types of food contact materials.
